Squashed bugs!
Fixed several issues reported when the user receives 'Something went wrong' message, including the one, received when PC goes offline.

Method 1:-
Follow these Steps Very Simple. Work For Me:- 1. Press Windows + R keys > type in Services.msc > Nvidia Telemetry Container > Right-click > Properties > Log on > Click on Local System Account > Apply Then start the Telemetry container service if it is not already running. Now try to open Geforce Experience. If it doesn't, then try using the following method as well. 2. Go to run > Services.msc > Nvidia Display Container > Right-click > Properties > General > Startup Type > Click on automatic 👉👉"Make sure the rest of the Nvidia stuff in the run is the same as the video"👈👈

Method 2:-
For Older Version Windows:- If not work ask from here through a live chat(Nvidia support agents)

Method3:-
Credit Goes To- Ryan Rabie(Selected From Comment Box Work For Him) Running latest Win10 1809, I had to open up task manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) and then close all running NVidia processes and then double-click to run the Geforce Experience again. It should start up like normal after doing that.

[Solution] If There's is no Nvidia Telementary Container
The NV Telemetry service has 3 components: The executable, plugins and the log.

In my case all of them were wrong. The executable and log folders don't have permissions for the account "Network service" and there's a shortcut in the plugins folder creating a loop.

So this is the fix:
The folder where the executable resides needs to be reachable by the "Network account" so you need to go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\", right-click in "NvTelemetry", properties, then go to security tab, edit and add "network account" or "all" with full control to the list. That will let your executable run and it's the reason why it runs in some machines changing the user in the service.

After that in the plugins folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NvTelemetry\plugins" you will see 2 .dll files. In my case for some reason, I found a link (shortcut) in the same directory pointing to the "plugin" folder ("C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NvTelemetry\plugin"), and there are 2 files with the same names as the ones in the "plugins" folder (Note the plural vs singular). The files in "plugins" are older and the GeForce experience needs the new ones but the service is unable to start if it founds two "NvTelemetry.dll" files. I move the NvTelemetry.dll and _NvTelemetryStatusReporter.dl files from the "plugins" folder to another place (or just delete them) and now the Telemetry service AND GeForce Experience works.

With that in place, the service started but it's not logging in the log file (C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\NvTelemetryContainer.log). It's not able to do it for the same security problem so do the same adding "network account" and let "full control" to the folder "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\".

Finally and just FYI this is how the service looks like in my machine so you can check in yours if some of these folders are not the same. I am using Win10 and everything is the default.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NvTelemetry\NvTelemetryContainer.exe" -s NvTelemetryContainer -f "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\NvTelemetryContainer.log" -l 3 -d "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NvTelemetry\plugins" -r
